Equa Meditation Cushion

Equa Meditation Cushion

Designed to support seated meditation, Manduka's Equa Meditation Cushion encourages natural spinal alignment while reducing pressure on the hips, knees, and ankles. Its rounded shape gently elevates the pelvis, making it easier to sit comfortably for longer periods without strain.

Featuring dual-sided support, one side offers soft cushioning with recycled cotton and polyester, while the other provides firmer structure with organic buckwheat, allowing you to choose your preferred level of support. The Equa Microfiber cushion offers a plush feel to the touch.

Remove cover before cleaning.

For Inner Pillow:  Spot clean only and allow to dry fully before covering.

For eQua Microfiber Cover:  Machine wash cold with like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not use fabric softeners.
